This year, employees from Blažič, robni trakovi, d.o.o., once again attended the Interzum trade fair, which took place from May 20 to 23, 2025, in Cologne, Germany. Interzum is considered the leading international event for the furniture industry and interior design, attracting professionals from around the world every two years. This year, the fair hosted over 1,600 exhibitors from 57 countries. The central theme of the event, “Rethinking Resources: Circular and Bio-based Solutions,” emphasized the importance of sustainability, the circular economy, and the use of biodegradable materials.
Our team explored the entire fair in detail, which was divided into three key segments:
Function & Components, showcasing innovative hardware systems and mechanisms;
Materials & Nature, focused on sustainable and natural materials;
Textile & Machinery, featuring textiles, upholstery, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
During our visit, we actively engaged with exhibitors, met with representatives of leading companies, and established new business connections. These conversations allowed us to exchange ideas, gain insight into the latest technological solutions, and explore opportunities for future collaboration
