Once again this year, on a sunny Saturday, May 31st, we responded to the invitation to attend a charitable sports and music event organized by Mr. Andrej Sladič and the Galjevica kindergarten.
We contributed what we could to the “TOGETHER WE CAN” fund, which supports children from socially disadvantaged families in attending summer and winter camps, nature-based kindergarten programs, and physical activity classes.
A total of €10,308.90 was raised this year. The highlight of the event was the traditional basketball game between Andrej Sladič’s team and the Stars team, which once again featured many well-known names. Among the guests were skier Rene Mlekuž, hockey players Ivo Jan and Dejan Kontrec, basketball and football players, as well as music stars 6pack Čukur and Challe Salle, along with many others.
The event, full of games, laughter, good energy, and people willing to help, once again proved that “TOGETHER WE CAN.”
