Can you offer an antistatic agent for edge banding machines?
Plastic surfaces are subject to electrostatic charge due to friction, which can cause sparks and can results explosion and fire. The anti-static agent discharges the edge banding and prevents ABS edge banding chips from sticking to the workpiece. For machine use on edge banding machines, we can offer the antistatic agent FSG type KM 1 PLUS which is sprayed on onto the upper and lower parts of th workpiecebehind the pressure rollers. For manual use, we can offer upon request the FSG type DN/AS with an antistatic effect to reduce this electrical charging and to avoid the following dust development.
What agent can I use to prevents the adhesion of glue residual to the pressure rollers on the edge banding machine?
We can offer the release agent FSG type TR 12 PLUS to prevents the adhesion of glue residual to the pressure rollers and sliders of the edge banding machine. The agent is sprayed onto the pressure rollers and sliders or directly onto the surface of the edge bandings, preventing surface damage of ABS edge bandings and preventing the protective film from being removed from the ABS edge banding during edge processing.
Is there a universal release and cleaning agent for machine use on edge banding machines?
Yes. Upon request, we can offer the universal release and cleaning agent FSG GREEN SOLUTION BIO for use on every spraying units on edge banding machines. The agent can be used as a machine agent, but can also be used as a manual cleaner for cleaning furniture surfaces. The cleaner prevents the adhesion of glue residual to the pressure rollers and sliders of the edge banding machine and workpiece, agent has a cooling and antistatic effect and is suitable for all types of hot melt adhesives such as EVA, PUR and is suitable for for HotAir, Laser and NIR application of edge bandings.
Do you offer Tuch-up material for surface damages?
Yes. For the repairing damages and less used vertical surfaces for indor use we can offer from stock FSG Soft Wax Correction intended for filling surface schratches and small cracks. The damaged area is sealed with wax using a spatula. For larger and deeper damage and scratches and more stressed surfaces, we can offer FSG Hard Correction Wax on request. The damaged area is sealed with wax using an electric or gas melter. For opaque colouring of corners and small schratches, we can offer FSG Colour Edging Pen on request.
