Frequently asked Question

Accurate information is key to high-quality execution, which is why we are here to answer your questions.

What materials are commonly used to make furniture handles?

Furniture handles are most commonly made from aluminum, stainless steel, zinc alloy (ZnAl), plastic, wood, or a combination of these materials.

What is the difference between single-screw and double-screw handles?

Single-screw handles (knobs) are attached with one screw and are usually smaller. Double-screw handles have two attachment points, offering greater stability and are suitable for larger cabinet fronts.

What are recessed handles and how are they installed?

Recessed handles are built into the surface of the cabinet front, providing a flush appearance without protrusion. Installation requires routing or cutting an appropriate opening.

Which handles are best suited for kitchen cabinets and drawers?

We recommend longer handles (e.g., 160 mm or more) for larger drawers and cabinet fronts. For upper cabinets, lower-profile handles or Gola systems are more suitable.

What types of Gola profiles are available?

L and C type profiles are available. Both types also come with versions featuring a dedicated LED groove that fits LED strips up to 10 mm wide. The groove is protected by a diffuser, which shields the LED strip and evenly disperses the light.

How are Gola profiles mounted on furniture?

Profiles can be mounted using adhesive, screws, rivets, or self-adhesive tapes, depending on the profile type and furniture material.
