The visit to the raw materials trade fair in Las Vegas represented one of the most important business trips in recent times. The fair took place at the end of July, during a period of extremely high temperatures, which affected the organizational conditions.
The exhibition center appeared new and modern from the outside; however, the internal organization of the fair showed significant shortcomings. The exhibition area was disorganized, making it difficult for visitors to navigate and locate exhibitors. The most organized booths were those of companies from the European Union, while the American exhibitors' spaces were less orderly.
During two days, we gained valuable insights into the American market and business culture and established important contacts. We met with a potential distributor for Furwo, enabling further expansion of our presence in the American market, which represents a significant growth opportunity. We anticipate positive outcomes from this collaboration. Additionally, we acquired two new customers whose initial orders are already in process.
Before departure, we conducted a brief survey of key areas in Las Vegas, which provided us with a better understanding of the local business environment and infrastructure.
