TECHNOMELT® PUR 270/7 is a PUR hot-melt adhesive in natural-colored blocks, designed for edge banding of straight edges and softforming. It provides high initial bond strength and creates tight joints with very high heat resistance (>150 °C), flexibility, and excellent water resistance. The adhesive is suitable for edge banding at feed speeds starting from 15 m/min.
It is suitable for edge bonding of solid wood, veneer, melamine, polyester, HPL*, PVC*, ABS*, and PP*.
The suitability of the adhesive depends on the properties of the individual edge material and the method of application. A preliminary suitability test of the adhesive is recommended.
