TECHNOMELT® DORUS HKP 27 PUR is a fast-curing PUR hot-melt adhesive in cartridges for edge banding with Holz-Her machines. It provides high initial strength and chemical crosslinking within a few days, forms an insoluble and non-melting film, offers excellent water resistance, very high heat resistance (>150°C) and joint flexibility, and enables the creation of tight and durable joints.
The adhesive is suitable for edge bonding of solid wood, veneer, melamine edge bands, polyester, HPL*, PVC*, ABS*, and PP*.
The suitability of the adhesive depends on the properties of the individual edge material and pre-application. A preliminary suitability test of the adhesive is recommended.
