TECHNOMELT® DORUS HKP 20 is a universal and transparent EVA hot-melt adhesive in cartridges for edge banding. It provides fast melting and rapid wetting, ensuring excellent workpiece adhesion and an even application of the adhesive. The adhesive offers high usage efficiency, creates a nearly invisible and tight joint, and achieves high final strength and excellent heat resistance. It is suitable for edge banding with Holz-Her machines at feed speeds starting from 10 m/min.
The adhesive is suitable for edge bonding of solid wood, veneer, melamine edge bands, polyester, HPL*, PVC*, ABS*, and PP*.
The suitability of the adhesive depends on the properties of the individual edge material and pre-application. A preliminary suitability test of the adhesive is recommended.
