AQUENCE® PU 300 N is a liquid polyurethane adhesive used for general assembly, bonding solid and coated wood in window production, bonding cork, cement-bonded fiberboards, and rigid foams to wooden materials, sheet metal, ceramics, and similar substrates. It is a one-component polyurethane adhesive, free of solvents and water, with a short open time, which cures into a thermoset upon chemical crosslinking. The adhesive is highly waterproof and meets D4 standards according to EN 204, has high heat resistance according to EN 14257 (WATT 91), and good chemical resistance to weak acids, bases, and most solvents. It provides exceptional bonding strength on softwoods and ensures excellent joint durability. The solids content is approximately 100 %, Brookfield viscosity (20 rpm, 20 °C, Spindle 6) is 9,000–14,000 mPa·s, open time is 7–10 minutes, and pressing time with absorbent materials at 20 °C is less than 30 minutes. Application rate is 100–200 g/m2, with a minimum pressure of 0.5 N/mm2.
