What does the mark of the steel18/10 mean?

Yes, it is possible, but you need to disassemble the track and the install the soft closing system.

Yes, there is a child protection system to avoid the door tilt.

What kind of material thickness can be used on the Simple blue system?

The material thickness on the board system is 18mm. If you use a frame system you can use also a 4mm thickness safety glass.

Is there a solution to fix the reling in any height?

Yes, you can use the flexible reling holder to fix the reling in any position.

How to choose the right mounting plate for the DTC hinge?

Once you choose the arm type of the hinge (overlay, half overlay or inset) then use the formula H=14+K-(D) where:

H= height of the mounting plate

K=drilling distance

D= overlay

Example: The door thickness is 18mm, overlay is 15mm (D), drilling distance is 3mm (K). Because of the quite big overlay we will use the full overlay hinge. We add values to the formula H=14+3-(15) and the result is 2. We will use the P2 mounting plate.

How many hinges on a door are recommended?

The number of hinges needed for each door depends on the width of the door, the height of the door and the type of material the door is made of. It varies in particular practices. The hinge installation proposal listed on the link above is only for your reference. Experiment is suggested in an uncertain situation. »L« volume shall be relatively large considering stability.

Kakšna je priporočljiva temperatura delavniških prostorov?

Priporočljiva temperatura delavniških prostorov je med 18 - 22°C. (Pre)nizka temperatura vpliva na krajši odprti čas talilnega lepila zaradi česar lepilo veže prehitro še preden pritisni valj stisne trak na ploščo. Posledica je nekvalitetni lepilni spoj ali odstopanje robnega traku.

Kakšna naj bo temperatura obdelovancev in robnega traku?

Obdelovanci in robni trak naj se pred robno obdelavo vsaj 24h kondenzirajo v delavnici, s čimer se izenači temperatura le-teh s temperaturo prostora. V primeru podhlajenih obdelovancev le-ti vplivajo na krajši odprti čas lepila, zaradi česar lepilo veže prehitro. Podhlajeni obdelovanci lahko povzročijo tudi nastanek kondenza na robu plošče. Posledica je nekvalitetni lepilni spoj ali odstopanje robnega traku.

Kakšna je primerna temperatura talilnega lepila v kotličku in na nanašalnem valju?

Priporočamo upoštevanje temperature lepila v kotličku glede na tehnični list proizvajalca lepila. Prav tako priporočamo merjenje temperature z IR merilcem lepila na nanašalnem valju, saj lahko ta precej odstopa od temperature v kotličku. Prenizka temperatura lepila na nanašalnem valju lahko vpliva na prekratek odprti čas lepila, lepilo prehitro veže, posledica je nekvaliteten lepilni spoj ali odstopanje robnega traku.

Korigiranje pozicije in pritiska na pritisni coni

Pred robno obdelavo priporočamo merjenje debeline robnega materiala z mikrometrom in temu ustrezno korigiranje pozicije in pritiska na pritisni coni. Neustrezna pozicija pritisnih valjev in premajhen pritisk pritisnih valjev lahko vpliva na nekvalitetni lepilni spoj.

Kakšna je prava količina nanosa talilnega lepila?

Količina nanosa talilnega lepila je odvisna od tipa lepila in tudi od samega obdelovanca (iverna plošča, MDF itn…). EVA talilna lepila s polnili načeloma zahtevajo večji nanos lepila, cca. 250g/m2, lepila brez polnil zahtevajo manjši nanos lepila, cca. 200g/m2. PUR talilna lepila zahtevajo nanos okrog 150g/m2. Pomemben je enakomeren nanos lepila na rob obdelovanca. Priporočamo odmik nanašalnega valja od obdelovanca med 0.1 – 0.2mm.

Trgalni test (Pull-off- Test)

Pred pričetkom robne obdelave priporočamo izvedbo trgalnega testa. ABS robni trak s silo roke odtrgamo iz obdelovanca in vizualno pregledamo lepilni spoj. Kvalitetni lepilni spoj dosežemo takrat, ko so na obdelovancu ostanki lepila enakomerno nanešeni skupaj z ostanki iveri.

Na koliko časa je potrebno čiščenje kotlička in nanašalnega valja?

Priporočljivo tedensko čiščenje kotlička in nanašalnega valja z PURMELT 4.
