Consulting Services and Detailed Information

Where and how is the consulting service carried out?

Our consultants visit customers throughout Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The consulting service is carried out at the customer’s premises, which means the consultant visits a furniture manufacture facility or joiner’s workshop upon prior arrangement. Normally, one consulting session will last 30 minutes. During the session, the consultant will present you with the latest items contained in our offer, which include both new products as well as new services. At the same time, the consultant will offer assistance in solving any product-related problems you might have encountered.

A case when our consultant helped in solving a problem for one of our customers:

During a consulting session held by our consultant, a joiner explained that he did not know how to install a drawer with a soft-closing system into a kitchen cabinet. Since our consultant was trained for solving problems of this kind, he was able to offer proper assistance instantly and give advice to the joiner about the easiest way to install the drawer.

If, for example, someone from a furniture manufacturing facility calls and tells us that our edge-banding tapes will not adequately stick onto the edge of a panel, our consultant will go there and establish possible reasons for this situation and solve the problem. Most probable causes for such a problem: Your edge-banding machine is setup inadequately, you are using an inadequate adhesive for this type of banding, the temperature in the working environment is too low, which often happens especially in winter, the edge-banding has no primer, etc.
